Christian Hip-Hop Takes Over Top 40 / Rhythmic Radio!!!
Recording Artist Rip just did something not many Christian or faith-based Recording Artists have done. He just got done playing a live 40 minute set on Top40/Rhythmic radio with songs off his latest release, “Trinity”. The performance was part of a radiothon hosted by Krista Uelmen, of “Krista & The Morning Rush,” on WJQM-FM in Madison, WI in an effort to bring awareness to mental health and to battle addiction. Every song performed by Rip brought glory to God. An openly Christian Recording Artist transcending into Top40/Rhythmic radio is rarely heard of in this day and age.
Rip just came back from the 61st Annual GRAMMY Awards where he was considered for “Best Contemporary Christian Performance & Song” for his single, “Drown”, as well as “Best Music Video” for his video “Satisfied”.
Rip is currently entering the studio to start work on a new album this year.
